Why Does A New Shower Curtain Liner Smell

Coast to Coast: a beautiful but tough course! 3h19'32''

Fortunately I was able to run like I wanted, with knee pain but no serious problems in the race and in the post.
helped me Luigi, my physio again, I applied Kinesio taping on Saturday and I must say (this is the first time I tried it) has good support structures.
Path beautiful and soon enough, long climbs and descents with a strong impact on the legs, certainly a very good hill workout.
I set up the race with extreme caution and as far as my lack of current technical knowledge made it possible, but I am happy with how it went and the lack of mental and physical suffering.

On this site the images of the route that call beautiful, perfect balance between nature and suffering, be immersed in an environment where our runners, we were the protagonists in the show with an all that nature has to offer, unique, and we left on the present path along with the sweat, the rhythm of the heart and the breathing rhythm, all of our expectations and outlook on life.
Nice experience.
